The team

 

Santé Diabète is organized around :

  • A Management Team and a technical direction supported by a finance & administrative Coordinator and two experts in  strategy and in partnership relations
  • Four delegations (Mali, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Union of Comoros), each composed of:
    •  A delegation coordinator
    •  An administrative and finance coordinator
    • A project leader dedicated to « prevention »
    • A project leader dedicated to « access to care »

The headquarter in France also includes a project manager dedicated to Citizenship Education and International Solidarity
